What working with us is like.
AI in a professional firm is useful and limited. Here is how an engagement feels from the inside, what changes and what doesn’t, and what we won’t promise.
An expert working alongside your team.
Someone new in the room
An expert sits with your team, asks a lot of questions and watches how work really gets done, workarounds included.
Small changes first
The first changes are small and tested on live work. People double-check everything at the start, which they should.
Constant adjustment
Setups change as your team uses them. What helps stays; what doesn’t is dropped.
Your approval at every step
Nothing reaches a client or goes live until the right person on your team approves it.
Results you can see
We compare approved deliverables with where you started and report what we find, good or bad.
A clean handover
When the work runs without us, every setup is documented and owned by someone on your team.
What changes
- The preparation behind each deliverable: drafting, extracting, checking
- How much approved work your team gets through
- How consistent routine work is
What doesn’t
- Who is responsible for the work
- Your client relationships
- Your professional judgment
- The tools and systems you have chosen
What we won’t promise.
- A percentage before we have seen your work
- Error-free output: AI prepares, a person stays responsible
- That every task we look at is worth changing
- That roles disappear: the aim is more approved work from the team you have
Common questions.
- Where does our client data go?
- Before any tool touches client work, we agree written rules with you: which tools, which business plans, what information may go in and what stays out. Your professional body’s rules and your clients’ contracts come first.
- Which AI tools will we need, and what do they cost?
- Mostly tools you can buy today, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or the AI features already in your practice software. We choose by task and data sensitivity, not by partnership. We list each subscription and its cost before you commit.
- Do we need to buy software from you?
- No. We’re a services firm and don’t sell software licences or subscriptions. Setups live inside the tools your team already uses, and if we build a custom tool, it’s yours.
- Will this replace people on our team?
- That isn’t the aim. The aim is more approved deliverables from the team you have. What you do with the extra capacity is your decision, and we are open with your staff about that.
- We bill by the hour. Does this still pay?
- It pays where work is priced by the deliverable, where you turn work away, or where staff time goes to unbilled admin. We work out which of these applies to your firm before you commit.
- What if our team doesn’t want to use it?
- That usually happens when a tool is handed over without fitting the work. We build each setup with the people who do the task, test it on their real work, and drop what doesn’t help.
- What if a task doesn’t work out?
- We stop and say so. Some tasks look right on paper and don’t hold up on real work. It’s cheaper to find that in testing than after a rollout.
- How long does it take?
- It depends on how many people and tasks are involved. You get a fixed scope and fee before any work starts, and we hand over as soon as each setup runs as part of normal work.
- Who owns what you create?
- You do. Instructions, templates, playbooks and configurations are yours to keep and change.
