How the agents we build work

- A person decides Sees what it's based on and how sure it is, then approves or corrects.
- The system acts Sends, updates or files the result, and keeps a record.
Our working rule: an agent acts on its own only where a mistake is cheap to undo. Everywhere else, it prepares the work and a person makes the call.
